I don’t understand it so I don’t like it.
Literally not a TD bank
My late mother has her IRA investment with Ameritrade. I am a beneficiary and have called around 10 times and have emailed my IRA beneficiary and her death certificate application and keep getting an email saying I need to submit everything again although I keep doing that and not getting anyone to help me and now they said they were purchased by Charles Swab and nothing is getting done. It is hard enough losing a mother but now Ameritrade wants to make excuses and not do anything to process my paperwork and give me my benef... read more
TD Ameritrade is inside the Charles Schwab building.....not clearly marked at all, but they do handle it.
