Gentleman at the desk was terrific and answered all my questions.
Victoria Recendiz gave me the worst attention I remember. She sould not work in customer service. I'm very disappointed.
If you are a previous Scotttrade customer you will be disappointed by the service provided by this office. They cannot even access your account from this office. Their website gives you A 330 number and says call us we look forward to seeing you....this is BS, you get bumped to their servicing center - who knows where. Very dissappointing. Also, there was a lady before me echoing the same dissatisfaction of service.
