Do not go to this office. Went in and the branch manager himself asked if he could help me. He lied. Got home and called Ameritrade to check his answers. Yes he lied. Why?? No reason I could think of and will never go to that office again. What a jerk! Scottrade was so much more into customer service and so sad to be with Ameritrade now. Hope someone finds out about Mr. Ferarcia soon before he really screws things up. Hope he gets fired soon.
