Yet again I call and wait to never talk to anyone. Leave my number to get a call back. Received a call back from an office in Texas, um what? Zero help. Normal office hours do not support the average worker I guess they only help thise who are not working. Really disappointed in this company as I have yet recieved support. Sorry, this place is terriable. I can never get someone on the phone. On hold for such a long time and still no one. I have called at different times and still not once ever got a hold of someone.
Focused in their clients. Appointment preferred.
Called this 'Scottrade' office several times with newbie questions, been to the office several times for deposit/withdraw and more questions, whoever I speak with is always cheerful and helpful. After a brief familiarization with TDA online, I'm able to do the basics, which is all I need.
Can't even login now!!! Nothing but dissapointment since purchasing ScottTrade. Ameritrade is a JOKE!
