This location isn't even open anymore! I went there today to make a deposit to my SEP IRA, only to find that it's a computer store now. Apparently there are no physical TD Ameritrade branches anywhere in MO except Kansas City, St. Louis, and Chesterfield. So why is this listing still up on Google Maps?
I have tried calling them about my account but all I get is a busy signal. Hopefully someone will respond to this review.
If you are a new to the market and plan to be a Long term Investor this is the platform for you. If you plan to be a Day trader and want quick in and out type of trades STEER CLEAR of this TOS platform, the worst fill times for any broker.
They closed my brokerage account without even notifying me. I will be suing.
I’d give TD banks 1 star across the board. And that’s being generous. Customer service reps have no clue what they are talking about. The banks has set itself up in a position to rob the customers with overdraft fees and long periods of processing transactions while displaying false account information on the app making it easier for them to overdraft you and hit you with $35 fee and difficult for you to avoid those fees regardless of what you do to avoid it.
