Building is labeled Charles Schwab since they were bought by them I believe in 2019? I'm used to the TD reps who would call me. They've had some reorganization with the buyout and reps working at home, plus I moved. They have coffee inside. The rep Asriel (sp?) was quite knowledgeable. Although she was not a tax consultant I do wish she could have leaned me in the right direction. I got the bulk of the information I needed to make an informed decision. Plenty of parking. Horrible customer service and takes way to long for a response from customer service. Couldn’t make a trade on a ticket unless I called in. That’s fine but the hold time was 90 minutes which was ridiculous to make a trade. Long store short, missed out on making a lot of money when trade was denied for no good reason. Not the first time that this has happened but the company doesn’t care about the customer since customers don’t pay fees anymore.
