Want to go and visit one of the most terrible TD Ameritrade offices on the planet? Well this is the one! These folks are pretty useless. Have a question? Call the 800 number! Want some documentation? Go to the website! I went in to do a simple change of beneficiary and the guy there was perplexed. He lied by saying I had to go through my institution who was managing my account and use THEIR form, but when I called them, they sent me a TD Ameritrade form that gets mailed back to TD Ameritrade.
