I worked with Danny and he was awesome! He was able to figure out the solution to my problem almost immediately and explained how to fix it. He took the time to answer my questions. I really appreciate his customer service. I highly recommend TD Ameritrade!

After reading the negative reviews on here I can see things have not changed. They don't return calls or emails, they ask for the same documents that have been submitted several times and no one knows what to do unless you're bringing new money in.

Lost 20 years worth of savings to TDAmeritrade. How you ask? Financial fraud. These cons create synthetic shares that were not in my name (similar concept to IOUs). They used my money to overleverage the options market borrowing from decades worth of future generations while throwing the debt obligations on pensions and American workers. Warning to anyone looking to invest their money with TD.

I opened an account with td ameritrade. We started with $430,000. After over a year and 3 months they still weren’t able to get my Ira account opened. I was promised so many things that never came to fruition. when I signed in to give them a lousy review of my experiences, I could see review after review is upset customers and they all had written one star reviews ⭐️ After hours and hours a phone calls and transfers I got a Supervisor named Joshua Pella. I have dealt with nothing but horrible customer service from all types of businesses in the past few years UNTIL NOW, thank you Josh Lawson for restoring my faith. Josh has been not only responsive, he has gone above and beyond to make sure my account questions are answered in a timely fashion, and anything I have needed taken care of, he has personally overseen.
