Terrible people and company. Avoid avoid at all costs people
I've been locked out of my account due to a security question since August and face hour-long hold times to try to talk to a person. No way to e-mail anybody or anything. Once I do manage to get my account out of this hostage situation, I'll be moving my money elsewhere. Here's to hoping I don't lose it all before then.
