Not only that, but the average starting salary from TCU is 10-15k LESS then the other major Texas schools. When you start your career, mine was nursing, you will quickly realize your knowledge is far behind to your peers.....
TCU was the finest experience and education. I graduated in 1975 and I bleed purple.
The Kinesiology program completely prepared me for physical therapy school.

As 1 of 3 students, in a high school graduating class of 421, who went on to an out of state school for college, I felt like a fish out of water. However, TCU quickly grew to feel like home. The faculty and staff at TCU truly care about the students. Chancellor Boschini enjoys interacting with students around campus. Even the Athletic Director, Chris Del Conte, will respond to e-mails with a personal phone call. You'd be hard pressed to find a university more welcoming than TCU.
Best four years of my life. TCU and Fort Worth will always hold a special place in my heart as my alma mater and second home. Here, I felt challenged by professors who genuinely cared about my success, in both the present and in the future. Here, I felt like I belonged, like I had a place in the world where I could be exactly who I needed to be. There is not a single thing I would change about my time here other than wishing it had lasted longer! Rah Rah, TCU!
