These reviews have to be made up. I wish that I didn’t even have to give one star. Super shady business.
They took more than I owed on my final car loan payment, then turned that money they stole into a savings account. When I asked about refunding that money, they told me I had to either drive to one of their locations or they would charge me to cut and mail a check.
