Everwise is an awful bank. They ask you why you're taking money out of your own accounts. Do not do business here.
Where do I begin… When I first became a member the person setting up my account made me feel extremely belittled because of my age. Once I got out of the branch I called to change my accounts to what I actually wanted… because you can’t do that on the app. The call center expected a hand written note after they asked me 5 questions to verify my identity. I went into the branch to order checks and I was told they didn’t know how (later received the checks and a $39. charge to my account). Mobile app wouldn’t let me add shares... read more
Have been with TCU 50 plus years. Using online banking without problems Since it changed to Everwise the application doesn't boot up 75 precent of the time I see there internet site has poor ratings Very frustrating!!
