Everwise is an awful bank. They ask you why you're taking money out of your own accounts. Do not do business here.
Where do I begin… When I first became a member the person setting up my account made me feel extremely belittled because of my age. Once I got out of the branch I called to change my accounts to what I actually wanted… because you can’t do that on the app. The call center expected a hand written note after they asked me 5 questions to verify my identity. I went into the branch to order checks and I was told they didn’t know how (later received the checks and a $39. charge to my account). Mobile app wouldn’t let me add shares... read more
