Easy to use ATM
They took more than I owed on my final car loan payment, then turned that money they stole into a savings account. When I asked about refunding that money, they told me I had to either drive to one of their locations or they would charge me to cut and mail a check. This after charging a fee for every single payment, making me jump through hoops in order to pay more than the minimum payment, and generally having terrible customer service. I'm now waiting on the results for a complaint to NCUA.
Terrible for Car loans no one know what they are doing over there to get your car payment taken out this is the second month I’ve had an issue. And when asked what is going on you get it’s your back or what do you want me to do. Fix it that’s what I want take my payment out when it’s due
