Nice and peaceful atmosphere with great service toward the customer is what I like.
Everwise customer service is amazing whether it’s on the phone or especially my local Valparaiso branch! Always very friendly, professional and helpful.
Bank tellers are very helpful. As a longtime member, I wish I didn’t have to pay to get a cashiers check. I think it would be nice if that service could be offered for free.
What can I say that hasn’t already been said, the staff behind the counter are courteous, efficient, and caring. This bank is its staff and they ate all wonderful. A++++++++ for all of them.
