Cashier Karen is an awful representative of your bank. She was rude and offered multiple times for me to take my business elsewhere. I would never bank with this branch

You can change your brand as much as you want, still won’t change the fact that TCU/ Everwise is by far the worst place my husband has ever had to deal with. As soon as rates drop we will be moving BOTH of our loans to a different bank. The representatives are the most rude people we’ve ever had to deal with, please do yourself a favor and RUN away from having to do any business with them.
