Don’t waste your money here not eve n the $25 Diagnostic fee it’s a complete rip off. My printer was there for less than an hour, paid the $25 fee. guy calls me back tells me I need to go buy at least three ink cartridges for it so he can diagnostic It, so I asked him has he done anything to it he said no. the cartridges are expensive so I told him never mind then just don’t touch it bc I was unaware you needed that much ink to tell me if it was even fixable.
