Love my bank but please change the automated call crap. It rings for a second and then you get the same message over and over about experiencing high call volumes even though there's 1 person ahead of you. Thats not a high call volume and it doesnt need to be repeated over and over. Its like its trying to annoy you into hanging up.
I received a call from Taylor at TCT. She was calling to let me know one of my billers was attempting a withdrawal from my account. Unfortunately my checking account was short. Taylor called me to ask if I wanted to authorize a transfer from another account to my checking so the biller can be paid. I was so surprised by the phone call and awesome service. TCT clearly had an opportunity to reject the payment and charge me a fee for the attempt and let my biller also charge me for the failed attempt. Instead they chose to call... read more
