I get help without a long wait. Humans actually pick up the phone. Mallory helped me get through an international matter. She was polite and cheerful even as the matter extended after hours on a Friday.
Love my bank but please change the automated call crap. It rings for a second and then you get the same message over and over about experiencing high call volumes even though there's 1 person ahead of you. Thats not a high call volume and it doesnt need to be repeated over and over. Its like its trying to annoy you into hanging up.
