Sadly this company doesn't stand behind their equipment. We purchased an automatic espresso machine in March 2016. With little use, as we were a new restaurant at that time, the regular side of the dual grinder stopped working. They sent a tech who said our beans were clogging the machine. We were using a high quality, expensive bean. One month later , it stopped grinding again.
