We have used TCS Plumbing for all plumbing needs for years, and would not consider using anyone else. They have successfully handled slab leak detections, irrigation issues, sewer issues, and every manner of leak (including mystery leaks) or problem anyone could have. I was forced to use another reputable plumbing company one time, and they charged almost exactly twice as much for a slab leak detection and repair, and I will never do that again. I was extremely disappointed with this company. My property management company hired them to replace a flange, lead bend pipe, and fittings for a toilet, labor took 4.25 hours. When I requested more details about the bill totaling $723.52, the company refused to discuss the work they performed, even though I am financially responsible. Based on this experience, I wouldn't even give them one star if it wasn't required."

Used to be good. Used them several times in the past. The last one resulted in a dry hole; later they found the actual leak in a different place about ten feet away in our slab. Wanted to get paid for their mistake. Agreed to split the difference, but I was still left with cleaning up and paying to fix their mistaken hole. Tried to use them again a year later, and they pretend to get back to you or to show up, and just do not. Extremely passive aggressive so cannot even think of using them ever again. A shame.
