I was extremely disappointed with this company. My property management company hired them to replace a flange, lead bend pipe, and fittings for a toilet, labor took 4.25 hours. When I requested more details about the bill totaling $723.52, the company refused to discuss the work they performed, even though I am financially responsible. Based on this experience, I wouldn't even give them one star if it wasn't required."

Used to be good. Used them several times in the past. The last one resulted in a dry hole; later they found the actual leak in a different place about ten feet away in our slab. Wanted to get paid for their mistake. Agreed to split the difference, but I was still left with cleaning up and paying to fix their mistaken hole. Tried to use them again a year later, and they pretend to get back to you or to show up, and just do not. Extremely passive aggressive so cannot even think of using them ever again. A shame.
