Incompetent would be a compliment . The "girls " that are running the store should be replaced immediately . Save you time, money , understanding and patience .
This store handles name brand products and has a good reputation, however, every time I have been in the store whomever I meet has a scowl on her face and seems to be irritated her day has been interrupted. Not the best on initial customer greetings, consequently, I have never done any business with the store.
