Ordered some wood from them & it shipped incredibly fast. The quality is better than expected and the packaging was top notch. Will definitely order from them again soon.
Forgot to ship on time, despite my reminding them ahead of time when the item needed to go out (they made a label but never got the package to UPS). Only shipped after I e-mailed them a third time. Did not respond to any e-mails or even offer an apology for the oversight.

I ordered some luthier tools and they are spot on. Very good work but the real treat was their customer service. Exceeded my expectations. These guys are legit in the world of luthier tools. I can only imagine their other work is exceptional too.
