TCS did a great job repairing my American Standard Platinum 18’s after a surge took out most of the electronics. I like the transparency in pricing and quality service. Not cheap but great service.
The rep was very cordial and experienced. The rip was also very quick and efficient , yet took time to answer all questions thoroughly.
Domino is a very polite knowledgeable young man, very professional!
We bought 2 Trane 3 Ton AC/Heater from TCS. Carlos bid, installed, and has serviced the units. Highly recommended them, one of the most honest contractors I have used. Update: Unfortunately customer service is now non-existent. TCS previously No Showed on a Spring Service. Now they have no showed twice for a cleaning. Chad the owner is the one that “scheduled” the appointments. I would look elsewhere for AC service.
