Longtime client of TCS and had them out for scheduledmaintenance. It was scheduled fast. Chad and his company (Kim, Domino, and Sean) Dominic identified a wiring issue and fixed. Lightning no dought fried a wire. Thanks for getting us cooled off this summer!!

We had a home warranty that did not cover the repair for our HVAC. They sent an inexperienced technician who installed the wrong motor and wired it incorrectly. A neighbor of my wife's referred us to Kenny. I contacted Kenny and informed him of the situation. I called TCS A/C & Heating for their "free second opinion" on an in-warranty 3-ton compressor replacement. It turned out to be nothing more than a high-pressure sales pitch disguised as a service call. The technician on-site was incredibly dishonest. He initially slapped me with a verbal quote of $3,800.
