If I could, I would give a 0, or even add negative numbers. Highly incompetent, always hiring subcontractors that had no knowledge or experience, they would come at beginning of day and disappear for days! Ultimately, the TCR Construction vanished - and took my money with them. What a joke! My house is not finished, and I only had headaches. AVOID THEM!
