We absolutely love our new patio. Our GC Rob was very responsive during the entire building process and very easy to work with. I have contacted TCP twice regarding an outdoor patio project. On both occasions I was assured that a project manager would be contacting me to follow-up. I stressed that no one had called after my first inquiry, which was verified, and again, I heard nothing. Obviously, TCP's business is so good they they don't want mine. If this is how they treat potential clients....
We have a small backyard that we wanted to turn into an outdoor living area. After reviewing a few quotes we decided to go with TCP. Justin did a great job helping us design the project. The design process went smoothly and one of the few negatives I experienced during the project was lack of communication. I feel like I had to pull information instead of it flowing to me.
