VERY unprofessional. TCP catered a wedding rehearsal June 28th for The Burns family. The food was very good and your basic presentation for a buffet dinner. The family also rented bar ware for the evenings event. After the owner was paid by the grooms father he approached the mother of the groom and asked her if they were not happy with is service. Our daughter's wedding was this past weekend. When we found out 7 months ago that she was getting married we booked TCP immediately! We were very pleased with the service and especially the food. We heard compliments all night long on the food and the service. They came in and went right to work. Everything went according to schedule and they certainly proved themselves a 5 star catering service. I would recommend them to anyone. I can't wait to have them cater my next event. TCP catered a wedding reception I attended in Lorena. This was the most unprofessional staff I have ever witnessed. I'm guessing it is a family-run business because the staff consisted of a Father, Brother and Sister team. First of all, from the very beginning, they were arguing with guests about using the plastic cups for beer instead of iced tea.
