I've been going to Tcoy pretty much since they first opened. I went today for the first time in probably 3 or 4 years and had a Classic Facial. It was lovely and relaxing. The therapist (Peki) was very nice and also skilled. I particularly enjoyed the arm and hand massage.
I had a really disappointing experience here. I booked a pedicure, but it became clear the staff member wasn’t properly trained. My nails were painted and then wrapped in cling film only a few minutes after being painted while moisturiser was applied, which completely ruined the polish. Because of this, they also couldn’t perform the massage that’s normally part of the service. Such a wonderful salon with the most friendly staff who make you feel so welcomed whilst performing their beautiful treatments
Today I had Georgia for a 30 min massage, I woke up this morning feeling a little neck pain and I was impressed that I could get in on the same day plus they were also able to accommodate for some face waxing when I asked on arrival (which I was not expecting but it was worth asking) enjoyed my relaxing time out session today, thank you 🤩
Had a aromatherapy session with Georgia. She was fantastic. Highly recommend her
