Went there as a special treat - had the Signature spa treatment. It was relaxing and welcoming from the minute I got there to the end of the session. Went in a stress monster came out feeling like a zen queen! Highly recommend Georgia, she was wonderful, friendly, caring and welcoming.

The salon opens DIRECTLY at 9:30. I was a new customer so I had to fill out my info on their touchscreen tablet. Starting time was about 10-15 min after opening. This was for my wedding and I did not allow enough time for myself to get everything done. My fiance and I were scheduled to be married by a specific time at the marriage office in Adelaide. I've been going to Tcoy pretty much since they first opened. I went today for the first time in probably 3 or 4 years and had a Classic Facial. It was lovely and relaxing. The therapist (Peki) was very nice and also skilled. I particularly enjoyed the arm and hand massage.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I booked a pedicure, but it became clear the staff member wasn’t properly trained. My nails were painted and then wrapped in cling film only a few minutes after being painted while moisturiser was applied, which completely ruined the polish. Because of this, they also couldn’t perform the massage that’s normally part of the service.
