A friend of mine's husband recommended TCM Waterproofing to us. Tom is a consummate professional. He is a straight shooter, who does top-quality work at a fair price. He is also super responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and a fundamentally good person. So nice to do business with a family owned and operated business in our area. I had just refinished my basement from a water line break and found water coming in my basement. Reichman plumbing suggested TCM and Tom Jones to me, stating he was honest and fair. Tom came to my house the same day I called, he looked at the water damage and knew exactly what to do! Had water issues at our house as I always do I contacted 2 contractors. TCM was the 2nd one to come. After waiting over 1 hour for the 1st contractor I called & the secretary laughed & said yeah he is good for that. He showed up & we talked I told him what I thought would work he agreed & walked around the outside of the house wrote the estimate & left.
