Despite an initial problem using the online appointment system, I simply showed my confirmation e-mail and they got my blood draw done quickly and professionally on a Saturday morning. (REALLY appreciate the weekend availability) They even listened and acted accordingly when I mentioned I had been a "tough stick" in the past. I give labcorp's website/automated "check in by phone" system 1 star, but the staff at this site deserves 10. They do a tough job and do it well.
Never had issues here in over a decade. Nice and helpful staff, clean environment, convient kiosks to cut down on waiting. 👍
I was immediately helped by the Receptionist. It only took a few minutes to get my blood drawn. Everyone was friendly and smiled. I have zero issues and will be happy to keep going back. Looking at previous reviews is surprising. It looks like they are under better management now and have appropriate staffing too. I recommend this branch of Labcorp. Give them a try.
They don't advertise that on Saturday is only by appointment.
