Update: from 1* to 3*. We came the next day and the lab tech was very pleasant and prompt to draw blood. It seems the experience varies depending on who helps you. Tracy was awesome! Richland closes at 4:30 so we rush to Grandridge, arriving at 4:48 pm. I check in and they claim they can't find my orders. I call the doctor's office and they confirm they were sent earlier. This Lab should be absolutely embarrassed by the conditions. A 2+ hour wait time. No way to schedule an appointment. Rude employees. Standing room only. People coughing and sneezing on everyone else. Seriously. Eww
My husband tried going here on a Saturday - website says they’re open till 2:00. He tried calling first but kept being sent to voicemail - no one would pick up. So he drove all the way there and found the place was completely empty except for 3 employees. He was told he had to make an appointment and they only accept appointments on Saturday. -1/5 stars. Worst business ever. They are all worthless, ignorant, gossipers. How this place isnt firing their staff is shown through their awful management who is probably sleeping with their staff. Waited hours for a 10 minute test. Was told it was my fault but they never checked up on me. (Either a front or a failed medical license paying off the gov.)
Next time I'm directed to Labcorp, I'll go straight to Dr. Kevorkian instead. All in this chain are horrible, but this one--by vote of Google users--is the worst. It has neither a receptionist nor a waiting area, so the simplest thing will take hours, often standing outside. Say you only need to pick up a vomit test kit: get in line behind the 17 hacking Ebola patients.
