Had to drop off a loaded (tires)trailer in this nut house of a yard, I had to park in the aile in order to drop my trailer. Be careful the potholes in this yard are huge there was no one to check me in or out. Luckily it doesn't rain that much in Phoenix Arizona because I'd hate to go there in a heavy rain.
Convenient but the lot is horrible deep deep pot holes which become dep puddles when it rains
