Parts are never on hand. Waiting 6 days for a airbag to be replace. Customer service is horrible. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR KEYS! Tell them to make a copy or you won't get your keys back.
People here (at TCI) are great, friendly, and helpful, but parking? Don't bother... I do not know how they have this place so packed. A couple of months ago they were trying to improve on the situation, but it's 10X worse now.
