We finally got our water truck fixed — but it took far too long and caused a lot of unnecessary problems along the way. The lack of communication, follow-through, and urgency from TCI was incredibly frustrating. Weeks went by with no clear updates, and we were left without a working truck during that entire time, losing valuable work and opportunities because of it. Excellent service
We are very disappointed with this company. Broker lied to us for appointment and we had to wait one more day. After that driver spent 7 hours at delivery and at the and broker don’t want to compensate anything. Very bad work ethics. Will not work with them any more.
