It takes forever to have anything done there. My company leases our trucks from them and whenever something needs to be it usually takes between 1 to 3 weeks to get our trucks back.

We finally got our water truck fixed — but it took far too long and caused a lot of unnecessary problems along the way. The lack of communication, follow-through, and urgency from TCI was incredibly frustrating. Weeks went by with no clear updates, and we were left without a working truck during that entire time, losing valuable work and opportunities because of it.
