My company has a Michelim National Account. I made an appointment to get steer tires, shocks, and alignment. It took ALL day, but at least when the bill came it was outrageously expensive. I broke a new shock a month later. The guy who was supposed to be out tire guy sent me in to TCI in Denver. I was there 30 min. They put on 1 shock, and tightened the mount. I got a bill for $265.00. These guys are the best. Bought 8 Michelin tires through FMCA tire program. Doug walked me through the process, pricing and arranged a time to put them on. They were done mounting, balancing and installing the new large bus tires in under 4 hours. David is especially knowledgeable and efficient throughout the whole process. Pricing was the best, labor and install second to none. Bus rides better than ever.
Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful
Don't be in a rush. Do not buy shocks for your big rig here. What are you going to do if they break hundreds of miles away, pay someone else to fix em and then you are out all kinds of money. They are nice folk, they just take forever.
