I hired TCI for mold remediation, additional ventilation, and additional insulation. Brandon and the rest of the TCI team were fast, professional, competent, and friendly. I would recommend them with no reservations.
Brandon and the crew at TCI are excellent! We had them do my mother's house last year and were so pleased we did our house as well. Noticed a big difference in the house maintaining a constant temperature and the furnace doesn't run nearly as much. They were quick and kept us informed every step of the way. During an Inspection by perspective buyers of our home, they found what they thought was mold. The buyer's inspector told us that this was very dangerous, and we needed it to be treated right away. I called Brandon from TCI for a second opinion and quote for remediation, and it took Brandon all of 2 seconds to look at the area and determine it was nothing to be considered about.
