STAY AWAY FROM TCI AT ALL COSTS!!! Hired them to ship a motorcycle half way across the US. Kaleb said he could pick up and deliver bike within 3 weeks for a certain price. We had to have it delivered by a certian date. He made us think the bike would be picked up in a few days and delivered well before 3 weeks. HHe fooled us into thinking TCI picks up the bike themselves, I later found out that TCI is a brokerage - they contract out the job to truck drivers.
