When she removed a tennis ball sized tumor from my breast, she did such a fantastic job. You could hardly see a diffrence in size and when wearing a bra, noone can tell I had cancer at all. Never was I in pain after the surgery. She took 30 min out of her busy day for my first visit and answered all my questions. Her receptionist Lisa is just a unicorn of friendliness. I had cancer, that was scary, but the Team made it a good experience to deal with it. Thank you for saving my life.
Recently had surgery with Dr. Tcherni. Everything about it was handled so well. Very professional but also very calming and open for questions and concerns.
Dr. Tcherni is respectful and professional. She is straight forward and I appreciate Dr. Tcherni for how I was treated. Her front desk staff Lisa is exceptional. Kind and friendly.
Always been honest and helpful as my Dr. Leaving a message is the best way to reach the reception for appointments.
I wish I could put zero stars for this abusive joke of a Dr! Not only has she belittled and patronized my elderly mother, she has physically thrown a book at her!
