clean resturant and the staff is very friendly. Salad bar options were sub par… but meats were good! Payson was awesome and made the experience great! our waiter was great too but we didn’t catch her name.
Dear Management Team I am writing to share some feedback regarding our recent visit to Rodizio. Our server was Chaz, and he did an outstanding job. He was extremely attentive to our needs and very informative about how the process at Rodizio works. I can’t say enough nice things about him, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he is promoted to a management role soon. Thank you for a great experience, and please pass along our appreciation to Chaz! Best regards, Lisa Potzernitz
The server was very nice and friendly. That is all the good I can say. The food was terrible. I’ve had beef jerky that wasn’t as dry as their steaks were. The gauchos thought med rare was well done and well done was charcoal. The manager acted like that is the normal. We have been to many Brazilian steak houses across the country and this was the worse food by far. The sad part is we ate at this one a year ago it was a different name but still a division of Rodizio and was one of the best.
After a long, stressful week, our dinner was incredible! It was fresh and the meats were constantly coming. Portions were very generous and Josh was fantastic at asking what meats we wanted. Grace kept our drinks filled and her cheerful demeanor brightened our night. We will undoubtedly be back!
Food is great, price point is very reasonable for a churrascaria. Grace was our server tonight, and she was excellent. She interacted well with my young kids and made it a memorable experience.
