If you’re a contractor considering working with TCG Services, think twice. My experience with them during the snow season was nothing short of frustrating. A female from their company reached out, almost desperate to secure snow services for a small office in a plaza. As a company, we take snow management very seriously due to pedestrian hazards, so I was willing to help. Great company to work for, pricing is fair and they always pay promptly. We've always valued our working relationship with them, but when our sales rep had a medical emergency while quoting a project for them, they sent him a get well card that they had all added personalized messages to. Very thoughtful group of people!
