Why only 3 stars? Ok so to be fair TCG came out in November and put a tarp on the roof, they did an excellent job on the tarp until we could get a roofing company out here to do a complete roof redo. The problem came with the billing, we paid the $500+ for them to come out then an additional $800 for the tarp and the work, which I don't necessarily think is unreasonable, however when i asked them for an itemized bill for the additional $800 they were sure to email me almost two months later and tell me how they already sent ... read more

My husband contacted TCG to take care of an unexpected leak in our roof. They were quick to respond and took action to do an emergency repair on a Sunday. Then they began the work of replacing a section of ceiling. When all was complete, they cleaned our roof and gutters. Every step was performed professionally and I was very impressed that each worker cleaned up thoroughly after his work was complete. They showed genuine respect for us and our home. We highly recommend TCG!

After our basement flooding problem was fixed, we hired TCG, Inc to repair the damaged drywall, replace the doorway, and repaint the room. The bottom 1.5' of the drywall had been cut off with a sawzall (by the drainage repair company), leaving jagged edges as well as scrapes and gouges from tools. After the work was finished I could not tell you where the drywall was cut. It is perfectly smooth and even! The room looks amazing. I plan on hiring TCG, Inc to fix several other issues with our house.

Steve, the project manager, at TCG worked tirelessly with our insurance company to make sure the job was done right and that they covered all the necessary work. He also had the experience to know what needed to be replaced, and what they could repair. I cannot say enough about the work Jason, the carpenter, did in our kitchen; he was able to salvage our counters, and even make them better than they were before the leak!
