We have been using TCF as our international freight forwarder for over 15 years and cannot fault them. They have a great team that is customer focused and we have found that they're always transparent and reliable. The thing that we find sets them out from the rest is their constant communication. On Campus Schoolwear has been using TCF International for freight movements for over 10 years. The service is amazing, pricing is competitive and they are very reliable and honest in all transactions. Make the move if your sick and tied of your current freight forwarder.
We sent alot of container freight to TCF over the years. They are now trying to charge us for excessive truck charges in the US based on a decision they made without asking our approval. They have shown their true colours now threatening legal action and attempting to damage our credit rating. Simple advice with the vast amount of freight forwarders out there do not use TCF.
