On the TCFIF web site it says "customer first" don't believe what you read. Since TCFIF was chosen to provide the floor plan for the product I carry they have forced me to change the way I run my business to their way. They use to mail statements and now I have to retrieve them myself. They will no longer mail a check back when a customer has financed a piece of equipment but forced me to provide a bank account number so that they can make the deposit electronically.
