The manager is just as incompetent as the useless staff. I come every month at the beginning to collect in cash, and instead of admitting they don’t know what they’re doing and apologizing, they have the audacity to say it can't be done. It's beyond ridiculous. Some people handle things with no issue, but dealing with these clueless people is infuriating. Honestly, they'd be doing customers a favor by staying home instead of wasting everyone’s time.
Asking cash out. Answer - “NO… Just come back tomorrow morning…” Sucks customer service!!!
