I can't remember the name of the blonde man who helped me and my friend - but we had a lot of coins to count in the coin machine. The machine kept stopping over and over again - and the teller kept coming over and fixing the machine for us - never once complaining. He also personally scraped all of the nasty coin residue out of the counter so that our coins would go through - again not complaining or acting annoyed. I guess I'd give a 2 or 3 star for the coin counter, but a 5 star for the wonderful employee!

Why does it say you are open on the internet and you are not open? Please update your open/close status on the internet. This is a simple task that you owe your customers.
Worst customer service ever ... it's been this way for years ! Time to move to another bank ! Your assistant manager is a condescending rude human and older blonde teller is possibly rudest person ever !!!
