This location is the only Southfield TCF that actually cares about us as individuals (at least the representatives make it seem as if they do) I appreciate the manager and the other reps as well because EVERYTIME I have a issue they assist me with no problems. Last Thursday, I had an issue with my account personal banker Krystal Parker was helping me to resolve. Initially, I had no complaints krystal did everything within her reach to help me resolve the issue. I attempted to resolve my account in-person last Thursday and on Saturday Dec, 19, 2020 with Krystal.
