Should be zero stars but cannot leave areview without a star Customer service very unhelpful since merger with other bank and never sent me any letter about having to change my password for online account so I am locked out of it.
Once again, I went to do my banking and was told AGAIN, all branches were closed except one which is another 10 miles further away. Between mergers, closings, changes to computer systems, more closings, I have had enough. I will be closing all accounts and going elsewhere! Best of luck to those of you who remain! Ed

Had fraudulent activity on my debt card needed to get new card..was told by customer service I could got to the drive thru.....NOPE....TOLD TO GO ONLINE AND MAKE APPT...HOPE...NO OPTION ONLINE TO MAKE APPT...BAD BANL THE RIGHT HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE Left HAND IS DOING..DO NOT BANK HERE YOULL BE SORRY
