The teller (Hope) and her supervisor were very attentive and provided excellent service. I couldn't have asked for a better banking experience. Today 8/31/2021 Kayla provided excellent service and reconfirmed my confidence in TCF teller competence.

They deceive customer on the promotion.... No one told me about the difference about the payment, wasting my time. After I called the customer service and they said there was no record of my 250$ promotions... Tbh, this is not even deceiving customer, it’s already a fraud!! Ridiculous....
Unbelievable. I’ve done business with TCF for over 30 years. Moved out of the state for Job leaving $130 in an old savings account. I guess at some point, my fault for not paying attention, started charging 10 a month for inactive accounts. I have had $50 changed since new policy. If I had not noticed, I would owe them money in a few months. Unbelievable. Obviously I closed but too late. Did I say savings account!!
