They are not helpful, rude, the 800 number customer service is horrible they just repeat what you say and never answer the question you are asking. TCF Bank is one of the banks I have had,ever!!!!!
Every time we try to cash a check they wont cash it for us without charging us. Whats the point of having a bank account if I will be charged? I also dont appreciate the attitude from the female manager on duty. I will switch banks over things like that. The TCF in Piggly Wiggly is always more polite and are more helpful. And they always cash, deposit, and make my money available right away. The service in this bank sucks
