Opened account online..since no where near a branch...nothing but headaches getting wrong information from "customer service" (they need to be retrained) Worked with an awesome associate at the Bradley branch (and she fixed what they kept telling me I had to go in person to a branch) Then come to find out when the new account had the screening removed it removed the debit card.
