I have been a customer with TCF for over 40 years. Have mostly great response from them! I am sad to see the merge with Huntington- since it will no longer be based in MN. I am hopeful they will continue the customer services !! An A+ for Kyle at the 109th Ave location today !!
I went to this branch to open a Teen Checking Account for my daughter and was told to come back the next day because they were too busy. But there was no one in the bank. Weeks later we went back to open an account, we were told the same thing. And there was no customer in the lobby when we were there. My question is what does it take to open a simple Teen Checking Account and how much time do they need to open one or do they even want our business because they keep turning us away.
Really bad customer service! I was waiting to add an account and they did not acknowledge me as I was waiting for 40 minutes! Don’t even bother going to this location!
