TERRIBLE . Their assistant manager, DAVID SOLANOR is so rude and awful. I went there after my dad passed away to get information about closing his account and he spoke to me like i was a child and then proceeded to mock me and pretend he was getting someone on the phone when he didn't even dial a number. I ended up going over to the minnetonka location and they were a lot more kind and understanding. I was absolutely floored with his unprofessionalism. I will be contacting corporate.
