I am in out-of-state customer I ordered a new debit card April 8. It is now April 21 and I still have yet to receive a new debit card. Come to find out they sent it out for days after I requested a new debit card. They also do not allow Wire transfers over the phone. Do not bank here if you are an out-of-state customer They are literally no help. I always do my banking here because it in the Cub Foods and is so handy! The service reps are always very friendly and very helpful ! Love this bank! I admit , back in the early 2000's they were blood thirsty for every penny they could drain out of you in fees, however , it is a completely different bank now !! Its very easy to open a fee free account with very low minimum required balances.
