Im very disappointed about TCF. I have made a cash deposit on the ATM machine is outside of jewel and never got my money, I’ve been calling customer service and so far nobody is able to help.
I absolutely love this bank! I have been banking with the for years but branch 248 stand out from other branches! They always say hi with a smile and call me by my name. The whole staff from the manager to each staff member are always welcoming and professional. Any questions I have had they take the time to explain the answer to me and make sure I understand.
