The bankers and managers find it hilarious to laugh loudly at customers who have fallen on hard times. They like to kick you while you are down. Oh, and they get a kick out of telling you to suck a dick and call you that lovely C word. Oh yes, and the manager telling you that you better run. Can’t wait to take this higher up.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Naperville Branch. I set up a CD in 2002, probably renewed it about 5 times. Then tried to close it out in July 2012. Had a HORRIBLE time getting the branch to send me the funds. After getting them a notarized letter 3 days after the CD matured, I was told by teller Kevin Green that my letter arrived at the wrong time, that I would be incurring a penalty for withdrawing the funds, that the letter was locked up my some bank officer who got sick -- causing several days delay, then finally after they c... read more
